防治人参锈腐病的药剂筛选及室内毒力测定

摘　　要：[目的]对人参锈腐病症状进行观察,并进行药剂筛选和毒力测定。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定10种药剂对该菌菌丝生长的抑制率,选择抑菌效果好的3种药剂进行室内毒力测定。[结果]10种药剂中,72%霜脲·锰锌、40%丙环唑和60%唑醚·代森联对该病菌的抑制效果最好,抑菌率分别达到了89.20%、89.20%和88.31%;其EC50值分别为7971、8964和0.96 mg/L。综上所述,60%唑迷·代森联是防治人参锈腐病的优选药剂,72%霜脲·锰锌和40%丙环唑作为备选药剂或轮换药剂。[结论]该研究结果可为人参锈腐病的田间有效防治提供理论依据。[Objective]The aim was to observe the rust rot symptom,and the fungicide screening and toxicity test were determined.[Method]The inhibition rate of 10 fungicides on the growth of ginseng was measured by mycelial growth rate method.Three fungicides with good inhibition effect were selected for indoor toxicity test.[Result]The results showed that 72% cymoxanil·mancozeb,40% propiconazole and 60% pyraclostrobin&metiram had the good inhibition effect on the pathogen.The bacteriostasis rate of these three fungicides were 89.20%、89.20% and 88.31% respectively.And EC50 of these three fungicides were 7971,8964 and 0.96 mg/L respectively.In conclusion,60% pyraclostrobin&metiram was the optimal fungicide for the control of ginseng rust and rot.72% cymoxanil·mancozeb and 40%propiconazole could be as the alternative fungicides.[Conclusion]The results of this study could provide scientific basis for the occurrence and effective control of ginseng rust and rot.
