刘友章教授运用甘露消毒丹的临床经验

摘　　要：甘露消毒丹由清代医家叶天士所创制,出自于《续名医类案》,具有利湿化浊,清热解毒的功效,主治湿温时疫,邪在气分,湿热并重之证。刘友章教授以辨证论治的学术观点为基础,根据中医学异病同治、因地制宜的理论,运用甘露消毒丹临床治疗多种疾病,临床效果明显。The prescription of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropills(Sweet Dew Toxin-dispersing Micropills)was created by Ye Tianshi,a TCM practitioner of Qing Dynasty,which originated from Xuming Yilei’an(Extended Medical Cases by Renowned TCM Pratitioners).It is effective in eliminating dampness and resolving turbidity,clearing heat and dispersing toxin.Therefore,it is mainly applied to treat the epidemic of damp-warm syndrome,evil pathogenic factors in the phase of qi as well as equal severity of dampness and heat symptoms.Professor Liu applied Ganlu Xiaodu Micropills to teat various diseases based on the syndrome differentiation and TCM tenets of homotherapy for heteropathy as well as theory of adjusting measures to local conditions,which has been proved effective in clinical practice.
