岭南肝病证治特色初探

摘　　要：岭南地域特殊的地理环境、气候特点及饮食习惯,导致岭南人群体质偏湿热,易兼毒瘀,故岭南地区肝病病因多责之于湿、热、毒、瘀,最易相兼发病。病机可概括为"湿热瘀阻、肝郁脾虚"。证候特点表现为早期以肝胆湿热为主,中期则肝郁脾虚兼湿毒,后期为肝肾阴虚或脾肾阳虚兼毒瘀。治疗上以清热祛湿解毒为主,善用岭南特色药物,对岭南地区肝病的防治具有良好的疗效。The constitution of people who live in Lingnan area is characterized by dampness and heat as well as stasis of toxins due to its unique geographical environment,climate feature and dietary habit,therefore the occurrence of hepatopathy is simultaneously caused by pathological factors like dampness,heat,toxin and stasis.The pathogenesis is generalized as dampness and heat stasis,liver depression and spleen deficiency.The primary symptoms are dampness and heat in liver and gallbladder at the early stage,liver depression and spleen deficiency together with damp toxin at the middle stage,yin deficiency in liver and kidney or yang deficiency in spleen and kidney together with toxin stasis at the later stage.The treatment aims to clear the heat,dispel the dampness and purge the toxin by means of the special medicine in Lingnan area,which has been proved to be effective in the treatment of hepatopahty.
