摘　　要：为提高三叶青的人工栽培技术水平,采用不同扦插基质和插穗规格对三叶青扦插生根进行对比试验。结果表明:10~12 cm是较为合适的插穗长度,扦插于珍珠岩∶泥炭=1∶2的扦插基质中生根效果最好。In order to further improve the artificial cultivation technology of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum,different cutting media and cutting specifications were used to compare the rooting of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum.The results showed that 10-12 cm was the most suitable cutting length,and the rooting effect was the best in the medium of perlite∶peat=1∶2.
