研究心血管疾病合并非酒精性脂肪肝老年患者肝脾CT影像及血液生化特点

摘　　要：目的评价心血管疾病且同时并存非酒精性脂肪肝的老年患者肝脾CT检测影像特点和血液生化指标特征。方法将2017年2月—2019年10月该医院收入的80例心血管疾病且同时并存非酒精性脂肪肝的老年患者纳入实验组病例分析资料,将同期该医院收入的80例心血管疾病且同时不并存非酒精性脂肪肝的老年患者纳入参比组病例分析资料,各组都实施肝脾CT检测及血液生化指标测定,分析不同组别各CT统计值及血液血糖指标、各转氨酶指标、转肽酶指标测定结果。结果实验组肝CT统计值、肝CT值和脾CT值之比统计值(39.20±5.64)HU、(0.76±0.10)小于参比组分析指标,指标评估结果差异无统计学意义(t=20.013、11.473,P<0.05);实验组空腹血糖指标测定数据值、丙氨酸转氨酶指标测定数据值、天门冬氨酸转氨酶指标测定数据值、γ谷氨酸转肽酶指标测定数据值(4.60±1.26)mmol/L、(29.36±6.50)mmol/L、(29.50±7.15)mmol/L、(28.91±8.10)mmol/L对比参比组分析指标,指标评估结果差异无统计学意义(t=1.877、0.430、0.758、0.240,P>0.05)。结论心血管疾病且同时并存非酒精性脂肪肝老年患者的肝脾CT检测影像特点显示其肝CT值、肝CT值和脾CT值之比出现下降,患者血液生化指标特征多无异常,其脂肪肝大多是轻度,需重视患者心脏病情改变状况。Objective To evaluate the characteristics of CT imaging and blood biochemical indexes of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease and non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods 80 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease and non-alcoholic fatty liver coexisting from February 2017 to October 2019 were included in the case analysis data of the experimental group.Elderly patients with disease and non-alcoholic fatty liver coexisted were included in the case analysis data of the reference group.Each group carried out liver and spleen CT detection and blood biochemical index measurement,and analyzed CT statistics and blood glucose indexes of different groups,and each transaminase Indicators,transpeptidase indicator determination results.Results The statistical values of liver CT,liver CT and spleen CT in the experimental group(39.20±5.64)HU,(0.76±0.10)were smaller than the analysis index of the reference group,and the difference in the index evaluation results was not significant(t=20.013,11.473,P<0.05);experimental group fasting blood glucose index measurement data value,alanine aminotransferase index measurement data value,aspartate aminotransferase index measurement data value,γglutamate transpeptidase index measurement data value(4.60±1.26)mmol/L,(29.36±6.50)mmol/L,(29.50±7.15)mmol/L,(28.91±8.10)mmol/L,compared with the analysis indexes of the reference group,the difference of the index evaluation results was not significant(t=1.877,0.430,0.758,0.240,P>0.05).Conclusion The characteristics of CT images of liver and spleen in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease and concurrent non-alcoholic fatty liver disease showed that the ratio of liver CT value,liver CT value and spleen CT value decreased,and the characteristics of blood biochemical indicators were not abnormal.Fatty liver is mostly mild,and it is necessary to pay attention to the change of heart disease in patients.
