分析预防神经内科下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理

摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理在预防神经内科下肢DVT(深静脉血栓)形成的干预效果。方法纳入病例是该院2017年5月—2019年5月神经内科130例住院患者,随机平均分为2组,对照组65例患者采纳传统护理,实验组65例患者采纳针对性护理,对比两组NIHSS(美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表)评分、ADL(日常生命质量评分)评分、凝血功能指标、DVT发生率。结果实验组护理后NIHSS评分、Fbg(纤维蛋白原)均显著比对照组低,实验组护理后ADL评分、PLT(血小板)、aPTT(凝血活酶时间)、PT(凝血酶原时间)均显著比对照组高,实验组DVT发生率(1.54%)显著比对照组(13.85%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.933,P<0.05)。结论针对性护理可有效减轻神经内科患者神经功能受损程度,改善凝血功能指标,预防DVT发生,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in preventing the formation of DVT(deep venous thrombosis)in lower limbs of neurology department.Methods The included cases were 130 hospitalized patients in the department of neurology from May 2017 to May 2019.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,65 patients in the control group received traditional nursing,and 65 patients in the experimental group received targeted nursing.Two groups of NIHSS(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)scores,ADL(Daily Quality of Life Score)scores,blood coagulation function indicators,DVT incidence.Results The NIHSS score and Fbg(fibrinogen)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The ADL score,PLT(platelet),aPTT(thromboplastin time)and PT(prothrombin time)in the experimental group were all lower than the control group.The incidence of DVT in the experimental group(1.54%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.85%),all differences were statistically significant(χ^2=6.933,P<0.05)Conclusion Targeted care can effectively reduce the degree of neurological damage in patients with neurology,improve the coagulation function index,and prevent the occurrence of DVT.It is worth learning.
