摘 要:目的研究老年癌症患者护理中营养风险预警管理的应用效果。方法研究对象选取2017年1月—2019年1月入院的64例老年癌症患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,各32例,前组选用常规护理,后组基于常规护理基础上选用营养风险预警管理;比较两组护理前后营养学指标水平、体重指数及营养评分。结果两组护理前营养学指标水平、体重指数及营养评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比对照组,研究组护理后三酰甘油(2.16±0.38)mmol/L、总胆固醇(4.51±0.88)mmol/L、白蛋白指标水平(36.04±4.03)g/L与体重指数(20.01±2.62)kg/m2更高,营养评分(1.35±0.38)分更低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.934、3.788、4.134、4.117、9.071,P<0.05)。结论老年癌症患者护理中营养风险预警管理的应用效果显著,可改善患者营养状况及体重指数。Objective To study the application effect of early warning management of nutritional risk in the care of elderly cancer patients.Methods The study subjects selected 64 elderly cancer patients admitted from January 2017 to January 2019 and were randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 32 cases in each.The former adopted routine nursing;the latter on the basis of routine nursing employed nutrition risk early warning management;compare the nutrition index level,body mass index and nutrition score of the two groups before and after nursing.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of nutritional indexes,body mass index and nutrition score before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the triglyceride(2.16±0.38)mmol/L and total cholesterol(4.51±0.88)mmol/L of the research group after nursing,albumin index(36.04±4.03)g/L and body mass index(20.01±2.62)kg/m2 were higher,and the nutrition score(1.35±0.38)points was lower.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=4.934,3.788,4.134,4.117,9.071,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early warning management of nutritional risk in the care of elderly cancer patients is significant,which can improve the nutritional status and body mass index of patients.
