摘  要:研究不同基质配比及覆膜方式对二歧鹿角蕨孢子播种繁殖的影响,结果表明,以泥炭土含量较高的泥炭土:细沙=2:1的基质配比最适宜鹿角蕨的孢子萌发;采用在透明塑料袋覆盖套住育苗盘,并在底部扎透气孔的覆膜方式对鹿角蕨幼孢苗萌发效果好;筛选出以泥炭土:树皮:小石块=2:1:1为栽培基质,其移栽成活率达97.8%;为二歧鹿角蕨的人工繁育种苗提供技术支撑。Study on the effect of different substrate ratio and film covering method on spore sowing and reproduction of Platycerium bifurcatum was performed,and the results showed that the optimum ratio of peat soil and fine sand was 2:1 for spore germination of Platycerium bifurcatum.Using transparent plastic film to mulch the seedling tray and pricking the air hole at the bottom of tray had a good effect on the germination of Platycerium bifurcatum spores.The survival rate of transplanting was 97.8%with substrate,in which the proportion of peat soil,bark and small stone was 2:1:1.The study provides technical support for the artificial breeding and seedling production of Platycerium bifurcatum.
