韩国警察教育训练探析与启示

摘　　要：韩国与中国地理位置相近、文化相通,在很多领域都有相同的理念和做法,但由于两国政治制度、经济发展、法律体系等存在差异,韩国警察教育训练在法律法规、职责分工、师资队伍建设等方面逐渐形成了其自身的特点与优势。分析和研究韩国警察教育训练的成功经验和做法,对我国公安教育培训创新发展有着积极的启示与借鉴作用。China and Republic of Korea are geographically close and culturally connected.The two countries share the same concepts and practices in many fields.However,due to the existing differences in the area of political system,economic development and legal system between the two countries,police education and training in Republic of Korea has gradually formed its own unique characteristics and advantages on the aspect of laws and regulations,assignment of responsibility,and teaching staff construction.Analyzing and researching on the successful experience and practices of police education and training in Republic of Korea has a positive reference for the innovation and development of police education and training in China.
