摘 要:球墨铸铁因其良好的力学性能、铸造性能及较低的生产成本,得到广泛应用,占铸件总产量比例逐年升高。但由于球墨铸铁件凝固过程中产生的石墨化膨胀,对铸型有压力作用,冒口的大小需要综合考虑多种因素而计算复杂;并且球墨铸铁件结构越来越复杂,冒口定位效率低,因此复杂球墨铸铁件的冒口设计比较困难。为此,本文进行了复杂球墨铸铁件冒口设计方法及铸造工艺CAD系统的研究,主要研究工作如下:以收缩模数法为基础,引入铸型强度因素,设计数值模拟方案,基于华铸CAE平台进行模拟,分析归纳数据建立考虑铸型强度的球墨铸铁件冒口设计方法,并应用于复杂球墨铸铁件的冒口设计。Ductile iron has been widely used because of its excellent mechanical property,good casting property and low cost production.The proportion of ductile iron castings in total castings has increased year by year.But because of the graphitization expansion during solidifcation of ductile iron castings,which exerts pressure on the mold,it is difcult to determine the size of the riser by considering many factors.Moreover,the shape of ductile iron castings is becoming more and more complex,and the position of the riser is difcult to determine,so the riser design for ductile iron castings is difcult.Therefore,the riser design method and casting process CAD system for ductile iron castings with complex shape were studied in this paper.The main work is shown below.A riser design method for complex ductile iron castings was established.Based on the moduli calculation method,the factor of mold strength was introduced.The numerical simulation scheme was designed,and the numerical simulation was carried out based on the InteCAST platform,then the method of calculating the size of the riser for ductile iron castings considering mold strength was established by analyzing and summarizing the data,and fnally applied to the resier design of complex ductile iron castings.
