摘　　要：渤海KL、BZ、LD等油田地质条件复杂,钻井过程中常发生井壁失稳现象,影响该区域钻井提速和勘探开发进程。针对渤海湾盆地部分区域井壁易坍塌的问题,取各井页岩掉块进行泥页岩理化性能分析研究,建立相应的技术分析流程。通过所测泥页岩的膨胀性、分散性和水化性,确定泥页岩的类型:KL某井泥页岩为低膨胀弱分散、垮塌型泥页岩;BZ某井泥页岩为中膨胀中分散、剥落泥页岩;LD某井为高膨胀强分散、水化坍塌泥页岩。根据泥页岩的类型可判断井下复杂情况,从而采取相应的井壁稳定措施。Bohai KL,BZ,LD and other oil field geological conditions are complex,the drilling process often happen wall instability phenomenon,the impact of the regional drilling speed and exploration and development process.In view of the problem of borehole collapse in some areas of Bohai Bay Basin,the analysis and study on the physical and chemical properties of shale are made and the corresponding technical analysis process is established.Through the test of shale swelling and dispersion and hydration,determine the type of shale KLwells shale is weak dispersion,low expansion collapse type shale;BZ shale is a well dispersed expansion and peeling shale;LD is a well dispersed,high expansion of strong hydration the collapse of shale.According to the type of mud shale can determine the underground complex situation,so as to take appropriate measures to stabilize the borehole wall.
