开关磁阻电动机调速系统在煤矿井下输送机上的研究与应用

摘　　要：本文对工作原理、结构情况及开关磁阻电动机调速系统特点概述后,对SRD应用于煤矿井下输送机中情况进行研究,通过研究发现SRD存在发热、SRM定子绕组绝缘、防爆开关控制柜过冷凝露等方面问题,然后采取对应措施处理问题,并合理设计系统软硬件,以便使SRD可以正常运行。In this paper,after summarizing the working principle,structure and characteristics of switched reluctance motor speed control system,the application of SRD in coal mine underground conveyor is studied.Through research,it is found that there are some problems in SRD,such as heating,insulation of SRM stator winding,excessive condensation of explosion-proof switch control cabinet,etc.We Take corresponding measures to deal with the problems,and reasonably design the system hardware and software,so that SRD can run normally.
