摘  要:针对新元公司南区大巷动压影响巷道顶底板变形大、扩帮返修效果不理想等问题,提出了采用联邦加固材料对两帮和底板进行注浆加固,并对现场注浆后围岩变化情况进行了实时观测。观测结果表明:南区集中胶带大巷底板采用注浆加固技术后,两帮移近量最大值84mm,底板底鼓量最大值158mm,变化量符合设计要求,说明注浆加固有效控制了巷道底鼓。Aiming at the problems that the dynamic pressure of the south main roadway of Xinyuan Company affects the deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway,and the repair effect of the expansion is not ideal,a federal reinforcement material is proposed to reinforce the two sides and the floor by grouting,and the change of surrounding rock after field grouting is observed in real time.The observation results show that,after grouting reinforcement technology is adopted in the floor of concentrated belt roadway in the south area,the maximum amount of two sides approaching is 84 mm,and the maximum amount of floor heave is 158 mm,which meets the design requirements,indicating that grouting reinforcement can effectively control the floor heave of roadway.
