摘 要:阐述了循环流化床锅炉在使用油田污水回用过程中炉内氧化铁垢和有机物混合垢的组成;省煤器设计特点造成各段受热面吸热温度的不同,所结垢量的不同,根据受热面垢的类型设计了碱洗+酸洗进行分段交错式清洗的化学工艺,该工艺取得了较好的清洗效果,除垢率达到96.6%,且金属基体腐蚀速率在0.6334g/(m^2·h)。This paper expounds the composition of iron oxide scale and organic mixed scale in circulating fluidized bed boiler during the reuse of oilfield sewage.The design features of economizer result in different heat absorption temperatures and scaling amount on the heating surfaces of different sections.According to the types of scales on the heating surfaces,the chemical process of alkali washing and acid washing for staggered cleaning in sections was designed,which achieved good cleaning results,with the scale removal rate reaching 96.6%and the corrosion rate of metal matrix being 0.6334g/(m^2·h).
