摘　　要：选取中国公益性小额信贷行业3家典型组织进行多案例分析,探索可持续的社会企业商业模式的运行过程与实现机制。研究发现:①浮现出的可持续的社会企业商业模式运行过程,表现为社会价值创造和经济价值获取同步、经济价值创造和社会价值获取整合,即此种可持续的社会企业商业模式,是社会与经济双重价值相互转化的双重价值交互商业模式;②社会企业双重价值交互商业模式的实现机制,是与关键利益相关者的情感交换,即通过与使命目标的家庭感互动、与政府机构的道义感互动,以及与资源提供方的成就感互动,将社会与经济价值流转联系起来,实现双重价值的相互转化。This study explores the process and mechanism of sustainable social enterprise business model,based on a multi-case study of three microfinance organizations in China.The research finds the emerged sustainable social enterprise business model has interactive social and economic value process,which is synchronization of social value creation,economic value capture process,integration of economic value creation and social value capture process.The mechanism of sustainable social enterprise business model is the emotional exchange between social enterprise and key stakeholders,that is,through the familial emotional interactions with mission targets,the moral emotional interactions with government agencies,and the achieving emotional interactions with resource providers,social enterprise links the social and economic value process and achieves the mutual transformation between the dual value.
