摘　　要：将交互记忆系统研究置于创业分析情境,在考虑内外部因素权变效应条件下,从团队领导视角,探究创业团队交互记忆系统的影响机制。运用178份新创企业数据进行实证分析发现,变革型和交易型领导对创业团队交互记忆系统具有积极影响;变革型领导与创业团队交互记忆系统的积极关系,均受团队异质性和自省性的正向调节,但团队自省性却负向调节交易型领导与交互记忆系统的积极关系;政策不确定性正向调节变革型领导与创业团队交互记忆系统的积极关系,而市场不确定性正向调节交易型领导与创业团队交互记忆系统的积极关系。研究表明,新创企业应根据不同内外部环境条件,有针对性地匹配变革型与交易型的团队领导方式,以推动创业团队交互记忆系统的形成。This study embeds the research of TMS in the entrepreneurial context,and explores the effects mechanism of TMS of entrepreneurial teams under the consideration of internal and external contingency factors from the perspective of team leadership.Empirical analysis using 178 new enterprise data show that transformational leadership(TFL)and transactional leadership(TAL)have positive impacts on TMS of entrepreneurial teams;the positive relationship between TFL and TMS of entrepreneurial teams is positively modulated by team heterogeneity and reflexivity,but team reflexivity negatively modulates the relationship of TAL and TMS;policy uncertainty positively modulates the positive relationship between TFL and TMS of entrepreneurial teams,while market uncertainty positively modulates the positive relationship between TAL and TMS of entrepreneurial teams.These conclusions indicate that the new ventures should match the transformational and transactional team leadership styles according to internal and external context to promote the formation of TMS of entrepreneurial teams.
