民族村寨旅游开发中的利益冲突及消解策略——以贵州省黔东南州为例

摘　　要：民族村寨旅游开发中存在着多个利益相关者,其利益诉求不同和利益冲突是制约着村寨旅游可持续发展的关键。现通过运用利益相关者等理论,对贵州省黔东南州的村寨旅游开发模式及原因、利益相关者的利益诉求与利益冲突进行重点分析。并提出建立村寨各族群众为主体的利益诉求与沟通渠道;构建利益分享机制;建立健全监督、评价机制等消解对策,以期能够促进该地区"精准脱贫"。there are many stakeholders in the development of tourism in ethnic villages.The key to the sustainable development of tourism in ethnic villages is the different demands and conflicts of interests.Based on the theory of stakeholders,this paper focuses on the analysis of the village tourism development mode and reasons,the interest demands and interest conflicts of stakeholders in Qiandongnan Prefecture,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as establishing the interest demands and communication channels,establishing a reasonable interest sharing mechanism,establishing and improving the supervision and evaluation mechanism,in order to promote the region"Get rid of poverty with precision".
