摘 要:针对某射流管航空刹车伺服阀生产交付和使用中遇到的额定输出刹车压力偏低等技术问题,进行影响因素分析,推导刹车压力方程,同时采用某飞机刹车系统附件,模拟管路长度,搭建系统模型试验台架,进行试验验证和改进措施研究。结果表明,该型阀输出刹车压力受多方面因素影响,且受试验检验条件的影响很大;供油和回油压力试验结果与理论计算基本一致,验证了理论分析有效性;采取增加在公差边界测试,严格试验操作等措施,可有效降低产品故障和返厂率。In order to solve the technical problems encountered in the production,delivery and use of an aerobrake servovalve with jet pipe,such as the low rated output brake pressure,the influencing factors are analyzed,the brake pressure equation is derived,and its mathematical model is established.Meanwhile,the test verification and improvement measures study are carried out by using an aircraft brake system accessory,simulating the length of the pipeline,and building the system model test bed.The results show that the output brake pressure of the valve is affected by many factors,particularly testing conditions.The pressure supply and return pressure tests are in conformity to theoretical formula calculations,which validates the theoretical analysis.Measures such as increasing tolerance boundary test and strict test operation are adopted to effectively reduce the product failures and factory return rate.
