摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记就如何防范、化解党和国家面临的各种风险挑战作了一系列重要论述。简言之,主要观点有:增强忧患意识、防范风险挑战要一以贯之;全面深化改革是防范、化解各种风险挑战的根本途径;坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化是应对风险挑战的有力保证;党的领导是战胜一切困难和风险的定海神针;防范、化解重大风险是一场攻坚战,是各级党委、政府和领导干部必须履行好的政治职责。这些重要论述,为新时代防范、化解各种风险指明了路向,提供了根本遵循。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on how to prevent and resolve various risks and challenges faced by the Party and the country.To put it bluntly,the main points are as follows:enhancing the sense of hardship and preventing risks and challenges should be consistent;comprehensively deepening reform is the fundamental way to prevent and resolve various risks and challenges;adhering to and improving the Socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity are powerful guarantees for coping with risks and challenges;the Party’s leadership is the anchor for overcoming all difficulties and risks,preventing and resolving major risks is a tough battle,and it is a good political duty that party committees,governments and leading cadres at all levels must perform.These important expositions have pointed out the way and provided fundamental compliance for preventing and resolving various risks in the new era.
