口腔专科护士规范化培训的教学模式

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化教学模式对口腔专科护士的培训效果,为口腔专科护士规范化培训流程的制定提供依据。方法选取昆明医科大学附属口腔医院2016年3月至2017年9月新入职护士共69人,培训周期均为3个月。2016年新入职护士34人采用传统培训模式为对照组;2017年新入职护士35人采用规范化培训模式为观察组,培训结束后对两组护士进行操作技能考核、理论考核及患者满意度调查、医生满意度调查评价。结果观察组操作技能考核成绩及理论考核成绩均显著高于对照组操作技能考核成绩及理论考核成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组通过培训后,各项操作时间均少于对照组的各项操作时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的患者满意度和医生满意度评分均显著高于对照组的患者满意度和医生满意度评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔专科护士规范化培训,对口腔专科护士四手操作的规范性有很好的促进作用,提高了医生、患者对护理配合的满意度,提升了优质护理服务质量,实现了新护士从临床护士到口腔专科护士的角色转变。Objective To discuss the practice effect of the diversity training on nurses in oral surgery and to provide the reference for the regulated teaching model and training procedure of nurses in oral surgery.Method A total of 69 new nurses in 2016 and 2017 were selected and the training period was three months.34 new nurses in 2016 were in the control group with the traditional training mode and 35 new nurses in 2017 were in the observation group with the standardized training mode.After the training,the two groups of nurses were assessed on their operation skills,theory,patients’satisfaction and doctors’satisfaction.Result The test results of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation time of the observation group after the training was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);patients'satisfaction in the observation group and doctors'satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than patients'satisfaction in the control group and doctors'satisfaction in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized training of oral specialized nurses can promote the standardization of four hand operation of oral specialized nurses,improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients with nursing cooperation,better the service quality of high-quality nurses,and realize the role transformation of new nurses from clinical nurses to oral specialized nurses.
