摘  要:三峡库区某污水处理厂改良型氧化沟工艺无独立缺氧区,且面临严重超负荷运行的情况,为满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中一级A标准的要求,通过将废水池改成缺氧池、氧化沟内新增曝气管、改造污泥泵房及相应管道等一系列改造措施,最终实现了各项出水指标稳定达一级A标准。其中,脱氮效果明显,出水TN浓度由12.44 mg/L降低至9.66 mg/L,出水NH3-N由2.72 mg/L降低至0.78 mg/L。本次改造充分利用厂内设施及构筑物,整个改造过程中污水处理厂正常运行,改造费用共计80.1万元,改造后新增电耗0.037 kW·h/m^3,新增药耗2.74 mg/L,投资和运行费用较同行业相同出水标准的企业低。Improved oxidation ditch process of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in the Three Gorges Reservoir area has no independent anoxic zone and is faced with severe overload operation,for meeting the first grade A standard specified in Discharge standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).A series of transformation measures are taken,such as changing wastewater tank into anoxic tank,adding aeration pipe in oxidation ditch,transforming sludge pump house and corresponding pipes.Eventually the effluent meets the discharge standard,denitrification effect is obvious,TN concentration of the effluent is reduced from 12.44 mg/L to 9.66 mg/L,and NH3-N of the effluent is reduced from 2.72 mg/L to 0.78 mg/L.Reconstruction makes full use of facilities and structures in the plant,and the WWTP is operating normally during the whole reconstruction process.The total cost of the reconstruction is 801000 yuan,the new power consumption is 0.037 kW·h/m^3,and the new drug consumption is 2.74 mg/L.In the all,investment and operating costs are lower than those of enterprises with the same effluent standards in the same industry.
