摘  要:目前,我国酸性矿山废水的处理率仅为4.28%,酸性矿山废水处理问题亟需解决。某矾矿酸性废水处理站设计规模为3000 m3/d,采用碱液中和、曝气氧化、两级混凝沉淀和一体化铁锰滤池的处理工艺,设计出水pH值为6~9,铁≤2.0 mg/L,锰≤2.0 mg/L,铜≤0.5 mg/L。文中分析了废水特性和各污染指标,并提出相应的处理工艺流程,介绍了各工艺单元的设计参数和设备选型。运行结果显示,出水各项指标均能满足排放标准。重点突出预调节池、沉淀池池型、清水池功能、一体化铁锰滤池形式、pH自动控制加药系统等方面的设计特点,可供其他类似工程参考。At present,the treatment rate of acid mine wastewater in China is only 4.28%,therefore the problem of acid mine wastewater treatment needs to be solved urgently.The design capacity of an alum mine acid WWTP is 3000 m3/d.The treatment processes of lye neutralization,aeration oxidation,two-stage coagulation sedimentation and integrated iron-manganese filter is adopted.The pH value of effluent=6~9,iron≤2.0 mg/L,manganese≤2.0 mg/L,copper≤0.5 mg/L.In the paper,characteristics of wastewater and various pollution indicators are analyzed,and fit treatment process is proposed.Design parameters and equipment selection of each unit are introduced.According to operating data,effluent quality meets design standards.Design features of pre-regulation tank,sedimentation tank type,clear water tank function,form of integrated iron-manganese filter tank and pH automatic control system are highlighted,which can be used as reference for related projects.
