摘  要:针对天津某再生水厂系统脱盐率周期性衰减的问题,开展了导致此现象规律性发生的机制研究。针对性选择3套RO系统,对比研究2015年—2018年系统脱盐率变化特征;通过膜元件性能测试、化学清洗测试、染色试验、Fujiwara测试及膜面污染物SEM-EDX表征,确定导致RO脱盐率快速下降的污染物类型;结合RO膜脱盐率变化特征及膜性能测试结果,开展脱盐率周期性衰减机制的定性分析。结果表明:再生水厂的一级RO膜整体受到了不同程度的氧化损坏,同时,一段首支RO膜存在严重锰/铁胶体污染。Periodic decline mechanism of reverse osmosis(RO)desalination rate used for municipal wastewater reclamation in Tianjin was systematically studied.Firstly,three sets of primary RO systems were selected to investigate variation characteristics of RO desalination rate in 2015—2018.Pollutant types causing rapid decline were determined through membrane performance test,chemical cleaning test,dyeing test,Fujiwara test and SEM-EDX test of membrane surface pollutant.Then,qualitative analysis of periodic decay mechanism of desalination rate was carried out.Results showed that RO membranes suffered a certain degree of oxidation damage for primary RO system,and manganese/iron colloidal pollution was usually found on RO membrane surface in inlet side.
