摘  要:茫溪河位于四川中部地区,位置偏远,地理条件复杂,水资源天然禀赋条件较差,监测设施不完善,是乐山市重点关注治理的河流。针对茫溪河水系特点,为全面掌握茫溪河污染源排放特性,准确计算污染物入河排污量,探索和实践茫溪河水环境质量日尺度预报技术方法,通过开展茫溪河污染物入河量精准核算,分析评价水环境问题,建立陆域污染源-入河排污口-受纳水体关系,构建水环境模拟模型。模型参数:糙率为0.11,空间步长为3~5 km,时间步长为4 min,CODCr、NH3-N衰减系数分别为0.048、0.03 d-1。通过模拟,可定量预报关键水质指标变化趋势,除个别值外CODCr相对误差在0.0087~0.14,NH3-N相对误差在0.2~0.46。模型较好地预报了污染物日尺度的空间分布,为开展复杂水系水环境预报、水资源管理提供技术支撑。Located in central part of Sichuan Province,Mangxi River,with its remote location,complicated geographical conditions,poor natural endowment of water resources and imperfect monitoring facilities,is a river that Leshan City pays close attention to.Aiming at characteristics of Mangxi River system,in order to fully grasp discharge characteristics of pollution sources of Mangxi River,accurately calculate discharge volume of pollutants into river,explore and practice technique and method of daily scale prediction of water environmental quality,with accurate accounting of pollutant source inflow in Mangxi River,water environment problems were analyzed and evaluated,relationship between land pollution sources-sewage discharge outlet-receiving water body was established,and a water environment simulation model was built.Model parameters were as follows:roughness was 0.11,space step was 3~5 km,time step was 4 min,attenuation coefficient of CODCr and ammonia nitrogen was 0.048,0.03 d-1,respectively.Trend of key water quality indexes could be predicted quantitatively by simulation,in addition to individual value,relative error of CODCr was 0.0087~0.14,relative error of ammonia nitrogen was 0.2~0.46.The model better forecasted spatial distribution of pollutants,and it provided technical support for development of complex river system environment forecast and resources management.
