柔性垫层爆破工法在夹岩水利枢纽工程面板堆石坝趾板基础开挖中的应用

摘　　要：夹岩水利枢纽工程地处贵州省喀斯特地区,地质条件相对较差,趾板基础开挖成形困难。工程采用了预留0.5 m保护层柔性垫层的爆破开挖工艺,保证了趾板基础成形质量。应用结果表明,大坝趾板建基面形体尺寸及平整度满足要求,施工方便,经济合理,且便于质量控制。夹岩工程实践可为不利地质条件下的趾板基础面开挖提供参考。Jiayan Hydro-complex Project is located in karst area of Guizhou Province with poor geological condi⁃tions,so the excavation and formation of toe slab foundation are difficult.The explosion excavation technology with flexible cushion layer of 0.5 m preserved was adopted to ensure the quality of toe slab foundation formation.The re⁃sults showed that the evenness and structure of the foundation meet the requirement and the technology is easy in construction,economical and reasonable,beneficial for the quality control.The practice can provide references for toe slab foundation excavation with similar geological conditions.
