前坪水库砂卵石地基充填灌浆施工工艺及质量控制

摘　　要：根据目前设计理念和工程实践经验,国内外工程的覆盖层灌浆一般都采用垂直防渗形式,防渗效果好。经验表明,受覆盖层地层结构不均匀性限制,采用垂直孔灌浆,施工较简单,孔斜及灌浆质量易于控制。前坪水库主坝右坝肩基础为砂卵石地层,可灌性好。本工程覆盖层灌浆采用预埋花管法,即将套阀管通过钻孔下入地层,采用分段注浆工艺,使浆液在压力条件下较均匀地进入地层,以达到浆液在地层中分段可控、均匀扩散的目的。According to the current design concept and engineering practice experience,the grouting of overlaying layer at home and abroad generally adopts the vertical impervious type with good impervious effect.The construction experience of anti-seepage grouting shows that,limited by the uneven structure of overburden stratum,the vertical hole grouting is simple in construction,and the hole inclination and grouting quality are easy to be controlled.The foundation of the right abutment of the main dam of Qianping Reservoir is sandy and cobblestone formation with good grouting performance.The overburden grouting in this project adopts the method of embedded flower pipe,which means that the sleeve valve pipe is drilled into the stratum,and adopts the segmented grouting technology,so that the slurry can enter the stratum more uniformly under the pressure condition,so as to achieve the purpose of segmented controllable and uniform diffusion of the slurry in the stratum.
