摘 要:目的了解宁夏三县区农村居民包虫病感染现况及影响因素。方法采用横断面研究的方法,对2018年宁夏三县区2888例农村居民采集血液并且检测血清中包虫特异性IgG抗体,结合相应的问卷调查资料,通过单因素和多因素方法分析当地农村居民包虫病感染现况及影响因素。结果宁夏三县区农村居民包虫病平均检出率为6.3%。单因素分析结果显示,不同性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、吃生菜程度、是否养狗的人群包虫病检出率不同(P均<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,女性(OR=3.342,95%CI:2.243~4.981)和经常吃生菜(OR=2.020,95%CI:1.192~3.423)是该地区农村居民感染包虫病的危险因素,经常洗手(OR=0.354,95%CI:0.159~0.785)是该地区农村居民感染包虫病的保护因素。结论应该继续加强三县区人群包虫病的预防和控制,性别、不洁饮食和不洁卫生习惯是当地农村居民感染包虫病的主要影响因素。Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of echinococcosis infection in rural residents of three counties in Ningxia. Methods Using a cross-sectional study method,blood was collected from 2888 rural residents in three counties of Ningxia in 2018 and the specific IgG antibodies in the serum were detected. Combined with the corresponding questionnaire data,the current status and influencing factors of echinococcosis infection in local rural residents were analyzed by single factor and multi-factor methods.Results The average detection rate of echinococcosis among rural residents in three counties of Ningxia was6.3%. The results of univariate analysis showed that the detection rate of echinococcosis was different among people of different sex,age,education level,occupation,degree of eating lettuce and whether they owned dogs or not. The differences were statistically significan(tP all<0.05). The results of multivariate analysis showed that female(OR=3.342,95%CI:2.243-4.981)and often eating lettuce(OR=2.020,95%CI:1.192-3.423)were the risk factors of hydatid disease among rural residents in this area,and frequent hand washing(OR=0.354,95%CI:0.159-0.785)was the protective factor of echinococcosis among rural residents in this area. Conclusion The prevention and control of echinococcosis in the three counties should be strengthened. Sex,unclean diet and unclean hygiene habits are the main influencing factors of hydatid disease among local rural residents.
