摘　　要：通过对实际工程案例的研究,从预制构件拆分和深化设计、现场施工管理和技术、预制构件吊装等方面介绍了预制装配式剪力墙结构的施工关键技术与质量保障措施。对案例应用情况进行分析,为预制装配式剪力墙结构和BIM技术在住宅产业化中的应用推广和发展提供参考和借鉴。Based on the study of practical engineering cases,the key construction techniques and quality guarantee measures of prefabricated shear wall structure are introduced from the aspects of the splitting and deepening design of prefabricated components,site construction management and technology,and lifting of prefabricated components.The application of the case is analyzed to provide reference for the application promotion and development of prefabricated shear wall structure and BIM technology in housing industrialization.
