摘  要:某超高层办公楼主体高度约200m,钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,属于B级高度超限高层建筑。该建筑采用性能化设计方法,按照抗震三水准原则确定相应的设防目标,采取相应的抗震措施。即:通过大、中、小震的计算对比分析,使结构各项指标相对合理,针对薄弱部位采取有效的加强措施,关键节点采用有限元软件补充计算分析,保证结构具有较好的抗震性能,满足现行规范各项抗震设防设计的要求。The main height of a super high-rise office building is about 200 meters,and it is a reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure,which belongs to Class B high-rise building with overrun height.The performance-based design method is adopted,and the corresponding fortification targets are determined according to the principle of three levels of earthquake resistance,and corresponding seismic measures are taken.Through the calculation and comparative analysis of large,medium and small earthquakes,the indexes of the structure are relatively reasonable,effective strengthening measures are taken for weak parts,and the main joint of framework are calculated and analyzed by finite element software,so as to ensure that the structure has better seismic performance and meet the requirements of various seismic fortification designs in current codes.
