摘　　要：提出冬季利用室外新风供冷时室内外设计参数及送风温度的确定原则;通过焓湿图分析及热湿负荷、通风计算,可求得室内温度及其露点温度和送风量。室内温度在22~26℃之间时,当其露点温度低于室外计算温度1℃时,可直接利用室外新风供冷;否则室外新风需预热或与部分室内空气混合方可送入室内。The principle of determining the indoor and outdoor design conditions and supply air temperature for outdoor fresh air cooling in winter is proposed.Through the analysis of psychrometric chart and calculation of cooling and moisture load and ventilation,the indoor temperature,dew-point temperature and supply air rate can be obtained.When the indoor temperature is between 22-26℃and the dew-point temperature is lower than the outdoor design temperature of 1℃,the outdoor fresh air can be directly used for cooling;otherwise,the outdoor fresh air can be sent indoors only after being preheated or mixed with some indoor air.
