摘  要:三维激光扫描技术是近些年来刚发展的一项高新技术,为探究其在工程实践中的应用,以珲春市阳光小区旧房为例,通过Z+F Laser Control软件进行点云数据处理,并采取基于Lecia TS30全站仪的极坐标测量和对边测量方法进行点云数据精度评定。在获取高精度点云数据的基础上,利用Autodesk Revit软件进行模型重构,最终根据模型进行工程量统计。技术方案实施结果表明:结合Lecia TS30全站仪的精度验证方法在实际施工中满足模型构建精度指标,同时对重构模型在施工单位的工程量统计中的可行性和科学性给予了客观评价,并为具体施工过程提供了技术参考。Three-dimensional Laser scanning technology is a high and new technique developed in recent years,to explore its application in the engineering practice,the author in hunchun sunshine village of existing homes,for example,by Z+F Laser Control point cloud data processing software,and based on the Lecia TS30 total station polar coordinate measurement and measuring method for precision evaluation of point cloud data.On the basis of obtaining high-precision point cloud data,Autodesk Revit software was used to reconstruct the model,and finally the project volume statistics were carried out according to the model.The implementation results of the technical scheme show that the accuracy verification method combined with Lecia TS30 total station instrument satisfies the accuracy index of model construction in actual construction,and at the same time objectively evaluates the feasibility and scientificity of the reconstruction model in the quantity statistics of construction units,and provides technical reference for the specific construction process.
