摘　　要：针对某屠宰厂生产废水有机物、氮磷等含量高的特点,采用气浮+UASB+Bardenpho工艺进行处理,夏季40d的运行数据显示:该处理工艺系统中各单元均可稳定运行,达到工艺设计预期效果,出水各项指标均优于《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13457—1992)的一级标准,且总氮、总磷和油脂排放指标可达到《屠宰与肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》征求意见稿的相关要求。该组合工艺对屠宰厂生产废水中污染物的去除能力强,且工艺运行稳定、处理效果良好、管理难度小,处理费用仅为1.60元/m3,可为同类项目提供参考。According to the characteristics of high content of organic matter,high total nitrogen and high total phosphorus and so on in slaughterhouse wastewater,This paper proposed a combined process with air floatation and Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed(UASB)and Bardenpho to treat the wastewater.Through the operation data of 40days in summer show each unit in the combined process can run stably and achieve the desired effect of process design.All the indicators of effluent can meet theⅠ-class criteria in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutans for Meat Packing Industry(GB 13457—1992).Indicators like total nitrogen,total phosphorus and grease emission can meet the requirement of A draft Effluent Standard of Pollutants for Slaughter and Meat Processing Industry.The results indicate that the combined process has a strong ability to remove pollutants,runs stably,has good treatment effect and is easy to manage.The average treatment fee is 1.60yuan/m3.The project could provide reference for the similar projects.
