摘 要:基于颗粒物实时分析系统(SEMTECH-CPN),通过对深圳国Ⅴ重型货车在城市道路行驶工况下尾气中颗粒物(PM)排放数量进行测试,分析了不同尾气温度、节气门开度、行驶速度和比功率区间下国Ⅴ重型货车尾气中PM数量的排放特性。结果表明:国Ⅴ重型货车PM数量的排放速率随着尾气温度升高和节气门开度增加而相应上升,在150℃以上尾气温度区间内1、2号车PM数量的平均排放速率分别为150℃以下温度区间内数值的18.8倍和84.7倍,在90%~100%节气门开度区间内1、2号车PM数量的平均排放速率分别为0%~10%节气门开度区间内数值的4.1倍和23.8倍;国Ⅴ重型货车PM数量的排放速率随着行驶速度增加而相应上升,在高速区间(60~90km/h)内1、2号车PM数量的平均排放速率分别为低速区间(0~30km/h)内数值的10.0倍和25.5倍;国Ⅴ重型货车PM数量的排放因子随着行驶速度增加先下降再上升,在低速区间和高速区间内1号车PM数量的平均排放因子分别为中速区间(30~60km/h)内数值的2.3倍和3.7倍,在低速区间和高速区间内2号车PM数量的平均排放因子分别为中速区间内数值的2.0倍和6.6倍;国Ⅴ重型货车PM数量的排放速率和排放因子在负比功率区间内变化不大,而在正比功率区间内逐渐上升,在正比功率区间内1、2号车PM数量的平均排放速率分别是负比功率区间内数值的2.9倍和10.2倍,而在正比功率区间内其PM数量的平均排放因子分别是负比功率区间内数值的1.9倍和5.6倍。With SENTECH-CPN,this paper carries out Particulate Matter(PM)emission experiments of heavy-duty trucks on city roads.The paper analyzes the emission characteristics of PM number from ChinaⅤheavy-duty trucks under various intervals of exhaust temperature,throttle opening,driving speed and Vehicle Specific Power(VSP).Results show that the PM number emission rate rises with the exhaust temperature and the throttle opening.When the exhaust temperature rises from below 150℃to above 150℃,the average emission rates of trucks No.1and No.2increase to 18.8and 84.7times of those respectively.Meanwhile,when the throttle opening enlarges from 0%-10%to 90%-100%,the average emission rates of trucks No.1and No.2increase to 4.1and 23.8times of those respectively.The emission rate rises with the truck speed.When the speed accelerates from 0-30km/h to 60-90km/h,the average emission rates of heavy trucks No.1and No.2rise to 10.0and 25.5times of those respectively.The emission factor decreases first and then rises with the truck speed.When the speed is low(0-30km/h),or high(60-90 km/h),the average emission factor of heavy truck No.1rises to 2.3or 3.7times compared with that when the speed is medium(30-60km/h).While in the same scenarios as truck No 1,the average emission factor of heavy truck No.2rises to 2.0or 6.6times respectively.The PM number emission does not change obviously when the VSP value is negative,but rises gradually when the VSP value is positive.The average emission rates of trucks No.1and No.2with positive VSP values are 2.9and 10.2times respectively compared with those with negative VSP values.The average emission factors of trucks No.1and No.2with positive VSP values are 1.9and 5.6times respectively compared with those with negative VSP values.
