摘  要:论文设计并制作一款模拟电磁曲射炮装置,该装置系统主要由电磁炮云台,充放电系统、单片机控制装置三部分组成,炮管水平方位及垂直仰角方向可调节,电磁炮炮管长度20cm,工作时电磁炮架固定置于地面,电磁炮口内径14mm,电磁炮炮口指向在水平夹角及垂直仰角两个维度可以电动调节,可用键盘调节目标参数,在-30°~30°范围内可实现自动寻靶并瞄准射击。寻找到目标靶向后,通过激光测距,并测量偏移角,单片机会根据距离和角度自动控制炮管调节到相应的角度,实现精准发射。该曲线炮装置中充放电模块非常重要,决定了发射周期和模块供电电压,该装置采用PK200A大功率晶闸管,实现快速充放电,测量发射周期在30s左右,射击命中精密度高。In this paper,a simulated electromagnetic curved gun device is designed and manufactured.The system consists of three parts,which are electromagnetic gun platform,charging and discharging system and single chip computer control device.The horizontal and vertical elevation directions of the gun barrel can be adjusted.The length of the gun barrel is 20 cm.When working,the electromagnetic gun frame is fixed on the ground,and the bore diameter of the gun is 14 mm.Electromagnetic gun muzzle point⁃ing can be adjusted electronically in horizontal angle and vertical elevation.Target parameters can be adjusted by keyboard.Au⁃to-targeting and aiming shooting can be realized in the range of-30°~30°.After finding the target,by laser ranging and measuring the offset angle,MCU can automatically control the barrel to adjust the corresponding angle according to the distance and angle,so as to achieve precise launching.Charging and discharging module is very important in the curve gun device,which determines the launch cycle and power supply voltage of the module.The device uses PK200A high-power thyristor to achieve rapid charge and dis⁃charging.The measurement of the launch cycle is about 30 seconds,and the shooting hit precision is high.
