基于IPA分析湛江市体育场馆设施服务质量评价与改进研究

摘　　要：湛江市体育馆的评价主体,是其锻炼人员,结合IPA法以及满意度等要素,对湛江市体育馆的服务质量展开评价。在20个指标中,有4个指标可以继续保持,有5个指标过犹不及,有4个指标低级优先,同时有7个指标亟需改进。同时结合低级优先与亟需改进指标提出几点优化策略,希望能够为相关人员与部分提供参考,共同促进我国体育运动发展。The evaluation subject of Zhanjiang Gymnasium is its exercise personnel,combined with IPA method,satisfaction and other elements,the service quality of Zhanjiang Gymnasium is evaluated.Among the 20 indicators,4 indicators can be maintained,5 indicators are too much of a good thing,4 indicators are low priority,and 7 indicators in urgent need to be improved.At the same time,combined with the low-level priority and the urgent need to improve the indicators to put forward several optimization strategies,hoping to provide a reference for the relevant personnel,and jointly promote the development of China’s sports.
