摘  要:花生种植在我国农产品经济发展中占据着特殊位置。随着近年来的荒地大开发和西部计划,花生的种植面积逐渐增加,产量也随之增长。为了提升花生种植的效益,一种自走式全自动上料花生摘果机的研究就显得十分必要了。文章设计的自走式全自动花生摘果机主要由捡拾装置、摘果装置、输送装置、清选装置等主要结构组成,具有行动灵活、方便组装、整体结构紧凑、功耗低、捡拾效果好及摘果摘净率高等优势。自走式全自动花生摘果机采用效率较高的滚筒弹指捡拾装置,弹指包含了直线型的弹指根部和圆弧状的弹指前端,很好地降低了果实破损率。Peanut planting occupies a special position in the economic development of agricultural products in China. Peanuts are sweet and tasty and also good for health, such as peanuts, which help lower blood lipids and cholesterol. In order to reduce the labor and efficiency of peanut planting restrictions, The research of fruit picking machine with a self-walking automatic feeding flowers is very necessary. The design of self-walking automatic peanut picking machine is mainly composed of picking up device, picking off device,conveying device and cleaning device. It has some superiority, such as flexible action, easy to carry and assemble, compact overall structure, low power consumption, good picking effect and high picking efficiency.
