摘　　要：近年来,我国的现代化进程逐渐加快,农业现代化建设是其中重要的一部分,农业领域面临着大量的人才缺口。随着教育和人才培养的不断发展,我国的大学生基数越来越大。在社会岗位有限,以及经济发展处于下行状态的情况下,大学生就业难成为了社会发展的一大问题。大学生农村就业创业不仅有利于大学生就业问题的解决,还有利于推动农业现代化发展,更有利于实现国家乡村振兴战略目标,通过运用大学生的高水平专业知识促进农业与乡村的高速发展,为现代化事业做出贡献。In recent years, agricultural modernization is an important part of China’s modernization drive, and the agricultural field is facing a large shortage of talents. With the continuous development of education and personnel training and construction, the number of college students is getting larger and larger. Under the conditions of limited social posts and the downward economic development, the difficulty of college students’ employment has become a major problem in social development. College students’ rural employment and entrepreneurship is not only conducive to solving the employment problems of college students, but also promote the development of agricultural modernization, and are more good for the realization of the national rural revitalization strategic goals. By using high-level professional knowledge to promote the rapid development of agriculture and rural areas, it will make a significant contribution to modernization cause.
