摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,全球科技创新进入空前密集活跃的时期,新一轮科技革命和产业变革正在重构全球创新版图、重塑全球经济结构。本文根据世界知识产权组织的《全球创新指数报告2020》和中国科学技术发展战略研究院的《国家创新指数报告2019》,对比分析中国和美国在科技创新格局上的差距。Since the beginning of the 21st century,global scientific and technological innovation has entered an unprecedented intensive and active period.A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation are reconstructing the global innovation map and reshaping the global economic structure.This paper compares and analyzes the gap between China and the United States in terms of the Global Innovation Index Report 2020 of the World Intellectual Property Organization and the National Innovation Index Report 2019 of the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology Development Strategy.
