摘  要:吸附剂的改性研究可提高吸附剂对CO2和CH4气体的吸附量与分离因子。为了解决煤层气中提纯CH4用吸附剂的难题,以椰壳炭化料为原料,通过KOH改性制备活性炭吸附剂,考察不同的活化时间、活化温度和改性剂添加量条件下制备出的活性炭吸附剂对CO2/CH4吸附性能的影响。结果表明,改性后的吸附剂对CO2和CH4的吸附量分别为2.13 mmol/g和1.29 mmol/g,CO2/CH4的平衡吸附分离系数为10.86,平衡分离系数较不改性条件下提高了206%,改性效果明显;CO2/CH4平衡分离系数随活化温度的升高随之提高,随活化时间的延长呈现先增加再降低的趋势,随改性剂添加量的增加随之增加;吸附剂对CO2和CH4的吸附量随活化温度的升高、活化时间的延长和改性剂添加量的增加均呈现出先增加再降低的趋势。The adsorption capacity and separation coefficient of adsorbent on CO2 and CH4 can be improved by the study on the modification of adsorbent.In order to solve the problem of adsorbents for purifying CH4 from coal bed gas,activated carbon was prepared from coconut shell carbonized material as raw material by KOH modification.The effects of activated carbon adsorbents on the adsorption properties of CO2/CH4 were investigated under the conditions of different activation times,activation temperatures and dosages of modifier.The results show that the adsorption capacity of the modified adsorbent to CO2 and CH4 is 2.13 mmol/g and 1.29 mmol/g respectively,the separation coefficient is 10.86,which is 206%higher than that without modification,the effect of modification is obvious;the separation coefficient of CO2/CH4 increases with the increase of the activation temperature,increases firstly and then decreases with the extension of the activation time,and increases with the increase of dosage of modifier;the adsorption capacity of CO2 and CH4 increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of activation temperature,the extension of activation time and increase of dosage of modifier.
