摘 要:煤泥细颗粒间亲水团聚的特性使其易呈现黏附、难以掺混的特点,故其样品的制备异于混煤。为探索煤泥样品制备的科学方法,需对常见的直接掺和缩分、干燥补偿、摊饼拾取等方法进行对比分析,结合实际制样阐释各种方法的优缺点,并探究煤泥的特性及减少制样误差的途径。在机械制样方面,对经实践可行的螺旋混合、液压挤出、立式破碎等机械制样方法进行分析,提出相较于水分偏低、易于分散的混煤,制备煤泥样品应重点解决有效分散团聚物和处理黏附性。结合生产实践,探索出“充分混合样品、无偏差缩分”的基本制样原则。在保障结果准确的前提下,人工制样摊饼拾取法更易于实施,机械制样能充分减轻职工劳动强度,其中立式破碎法更接近混煤的制样原理,更易于操作人员接受。The characteristics of hydrophilic agglomeration between fine particles of coal slime make it easy to adhere and difficult to mix,so the preparation of the coal slime sample is quite different from that of mixed coal.In order to explore the scientific method of coal slime sample preparation,it was necessary to compare and analyze the common methods such as direct mixing and reduction,drying compensation and coal cake picking.Combining with the practical coal sample preparation,the advantages and disadvantages of the sample preparation methods were analyzed.In terms of mechanical sample preparation,the practically effective mechanical sample preparation methods such as spiral mixing,hydraulic extrusion,and vertical crushing were analyzed.It was proposed that compared with the low-moisture and easy-to-disperse mixed coal,the preparation of coal slime samples should focus on solution of dispersing agglomerates effectively and adhesion treatment.Combining with production practice,the basic sample preparation principle of“fully mixing samples and no bias reduction”was proposed.Under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the results,the manual sample preparation such as coal cake picking method is easier to implement.The mechanical sample preparation can greatly reduce the labor intensity.In addition,the vertical crushing method is closer to the principle of mixed coal sample preparation and easier for sample preparation workers to accept.
