摘　　要：非致命失能武器的“非致命”性和“弱致命”性,能够最大限度降低敌对双方的战争损耗,顺应新时代和平发展的主题。结合对非致命武器和失能武器概念阐述,给出了非致命失能武器的概念,分析了非致命失能武器的主要特征,细化描述了非致命武器的具体分类;介绍了非致命失能武器的应用现状,分析了非致命失能武器的发展趋势;探讨了非致命失能武器作战运用的原则、非致命失能效果分类及作战运用模式。The"non-lethal"and"weak-lethal"nature of non-lethal disabled weapons can minimize the war losses of the op⁃posing parties and conform to the theme of peaceful development in the new era.Combining with the concepts of non-lethal weapons and non-lethal weapons,the concept of non-lethal weapons is given,the main characteristics of non-lethal weapons are analyzed,the specific classification of non-lethal weapons is described in detail,the application status of non-lethal weapons is introduced,and the development trend of non-lethal weapons is discussed.Principles of operational application of non-lethal disabled weapons,classification of non-lethal disabled effects and operational mode.
