摘 要:为深入研究自生动态膜生物反应器(SFDMBR)运行及膜污染控制理论,以无纺布为过滤基材构建了自生动态膜生物反应器,对人工模拟的生活污水进行了处理实验.通过检测运行过程中膜通量的变化、COD和氨氮的降解效果、微生物群落结构特征及膜上胞外聚合物(EPS)的浓度及组成变化,考察了反应器的运行效果.结果表明:SFDMBR的初始出水通量为700~1000 L/(m^2·h),能稳定运行10 d以上;运行5个周期内,污水的COD和氨氮的平均去除率分别达到94.37%和88.47%,其中自生动态膜(SFDM)本身对COD的平均贡献率为14.22%,对氨氮的平均贡献率为9.03%;污泥混合液与SFDM膜上微生物群落结构差异明显,膜上微生物产生的代谢产物和混合液中胞外聚合物的沉积是导致膜污染的主要原因.In order to study the theory of self-forming dynamic membrane bioreactor(SFDMBR)and membrane fouling control,a self-forming dynamic membrane bioreactor was constructed with non-woven fabric as filter substrate.The operation effect of the reactor was investigated by measuring the change of membrane flux,the degradation effect of COD and ammonia nitrogen,the characteristics of microbial community structure,the concentration and composition of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)on the membrane.The conclusion stated that the initial effluent flux of SFDMBR reaches 700~1000 L/(m^2·h),and it can run stably for more than 10 days.The average removal rates of COD and NH 3-N were 94.37%and 88.47%respectively in five cycles.The average contribution rate of SFDM to COD and NH 3-N was 14.22%and 9.03%respectively.The difference of microbial community structure between sludge mixed solution and SFDM membrane was obvious.The metabolites produced by microorganism on membrane and the deposition of EPS in mixed solution were the reasons of membrane fouling.
