摘　　要：针对当前新型智库建设中存在的大数据分析技术手段不健全的问题,提出了构建基于大数据驱动的智库研究模式,旨在提高智库服务公共决策的科学化水平。运用理论研究方法,界定了基于大数据驱动的智库研究内涵,分析了基于大数据驱动的智库研究的优势和可行性,探讨了我国推进基于大数据驱动的智库研究的必要性,并提出了相应的政策建议。中国特色新型高端智库建设必须深入运用数据挖掘、行为分析、情景模拟、虚拟仿真、趋势预测、政策评估等方法和手段,适时排除公共决策过程中的不利因素,为公共决策提供高质量的智慧服务。In view of the problem that big data analysis technology is not perfect in the construction of new think tank,this paper proposes to build a think tank research mode based on big data driven,aiming at improving the scientific level of think tank serving public decision-making.Using theoretical research methods,this paper defines the connotation of think tank research based on big data driven,analyzes the advantages and feasibility of think tank research based on big data driven,discusses the necessity of promoting think tank research based on big data driven in China,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.The construction of new high-end think tanks with Chinese characteristics must deeply use data mining,behavior analysis,scenario simulation,virtual simulation,trend prediction,policy evaluation and other methods and means,timely eliminate adverse factors in the process of public decision-making,and provide high-quality intelligent services for public decision-making.
