不同预处理皮损在光动力治疗重度痤疮中的疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同预处理皮损在光动力治疗重度痤疮中的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1—12月期间我院皮肤科收治的重度痤疮患者48例随机分为三组:直接敷药处理为A组;粉刺针挤压处理为B组;超脉冲CO2点阵激光处理为C组,各16例。分析三组的临床疗效、安全性指标和随访情况。结果:三组在治疗四周后,A、B、C三组的临床有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组应用不同预处理和光动力治疗结束后,患者均无全身性或局部性不良反应。治疗结束随访三个月后发现,A组有2例复发患者,随治疗时间的延长,局部皮损逐渐消退。结论:囊肿性皮损和结节性皮损采用点阵激光或粉刺针挤压处理可显著提升光动力治疗的临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effects of different pretreatments in photodynamic treatment of severe acne.Methods A total of 48 patients with severe acne who were admitted to the Department of Dermatology in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into three groups:direct application treatment was group A;acne needle extrusion treatment was group B;ultra-pulse CO2 points The array laser treatment was group C,each with 16 cases.The clinical efficacy,safety indicators and follow-up status of the three groups were analyzed.Results After four weeks of treatment,the clinical effective rates of the three groups A,B,and C were significantly different(P<0.05).After the three groups applied different pretreatments and photodynamic therapy,the patients had no systemic or local adverse reactions.Three months after the end of treatment,it was found that there were 2 relapsed patients in group A,and the local skin lesions gradually subsided with the extension of the treatment time.Conclusion The treatment of cystic lesions and nodular lesions with dot-matrix laser or acne needle compression can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of photodynamic therapy.
