摘 要:方舱风道结构的改进设计可提升出风均匀性并能降噪。建立了某车载医疗方舱风道的CFD模型,对制冷工况下风道内部流场进行仿真分析,通过风道出风口的流速实验,验证了仿真模型的准确性;采用安装导流板、调节入口大小和安装分流片等措施,分别对风道的直道部分和弯道部分进行改进设计。仿真结果表明,改进后的直风道和弯风道出风均匀性得到改善,出风口的平均风速有所增加,医疗方舱的舒适性得到了提高。The improved design of the air duct structure of the shelter can improve the uniformity of the airflow and reduce noise.This paper establishes the CFD model of the air duct in an on-board medical shelter and simulates the flow field inside the air duct under the refrigeration condition,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model through the flow velocity experiment of the air duct outlet.Then,this paper improves the straight and curved parts of the air duct by installing the guide plate and adjusting the inlet size and installing the splitter.The simulation results show that the airflow uniformity of the improved direct duct and curved duct is improved and the average wind speed of the air outlet is increased,which improves the comfort of the medical shelter.
