摘 要:针对塔式光热发电定日镜在装配过程中子镜安装无法保证精度,以及运行期间受环境因素影响子镜角度偏转,造成整块定日镜平面度变化,使得反射光斑不能精准投射到聚热塔上的问题,提出了平行光束聚焦及欧拉旋转定理测量的方法,并通过实验进行了验证。首先,建立了检测原理的物理模型和数学模型;然后建立了子镜和定日镜之间的理想平面度数学模型,提出了法线最大误差允许角;最后测量并计算了2×2模式的“大汉”定日镜。结果表明该方法检测原理科学、精度高、速度快,完全满足塔式定日镜平面度参数的测量要求。Aiming at the problem that the sub mirror of tower photothermal power generation heliostat cannot be installed accurately during assembly process of tower photothermal power generation heliostat and the angle deflection of the sub mirror is affected by environmental factors during operation,which results in the change of the planeness of the whole heliostat and makes the reflected light spot not to be accurately projected on the heat collector tower,this paper proposes a method of parallel beam focusing and euler's rotation theorem measurement,and verifies its feasibility by experiments.It establishes the physical and mathematical model of the detection principle,establishes the mathematical model of ideal flatness between the sub mirror and the heliostat and proposes the maximum allowable angle of normal error.Finally,it measures and calculates the 2×2 model of"DAHAN"heliostat.The results show that this method is scientific in principle,high in precision and high in speed,meets the requirement of measuring the flatness parameters of the tower helioscope completely.
