摘　　要：目的:探讨蛇咬伤严重程度评分量表(SSS)和序贯器官衰竭评分(SOFA)对蛇咬伤预后的评估价值。方法:回顾性分析存活组和死亡组入院SSS评分、初始SOFA评分、24 hSOFA评分和ΔSOFA评分,并对两种评分系统预测价值进行比较。结果:存活组与死亡组SSS评分有统计学差异(P<0.01);两组初始SOFA评分、24 hSOFA评分和ΔSOFA均有统计学差异(均P<0.01)。SSS和初始SOFA评估蛇咬伤患者预后的受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)下面积(AUC)分别为0.99和1.00,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:SSS评分系统和SOFA评分系统对蛇咬伤患者预后具有同等准确的评估价值。Objective:To explore the prognostic value of snakebite severity scale(SSS)and sequential organ failure score(SOFA)in patients with snakebite.Methods:The data including the SSS scores,initial SOFA scores,24 hour SOFA scores,andΔSOFA scores of the survival and the death group were analyzed retrospectively.The predictive value of these two scoring systems were evaluated.Results:There were significant differences between the survival group and the death group in SSS score,initial SOFA score,24 hour SOFA score,andΔSOFA score(all P<0.01).The area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC)for SSS and initial SOFA to assess snakebite prognosis were 0.99 and 1.00,respectively,with no statistically significant difference between two system(P>0.05).Conclusion:The SSS and SOFA have equally accurate prediction value in patients with snakebite.
