摘 要:轨道车辆各类电子产品种类繁多,电子插件-PCBA-组装-测试的典型工艺路线除了对物料和半成品的供给和周转提出较高的要求之外,其组装工序的作业复杂度也较高,作业效率和过程质量管控成为现场管理和工艺改善的重点之一。文章旨在以轨道交通电子通信类产品的产品分析、工艺改进为基础,应用智能化软硬件,构建符合产品和工艺特点的智能工作台,对生产周期、作业效率、关键数据采集等方面对智能工作台的应用效果进行评估。There are many kinds of electronic products for rail vehicles. The typical process route of electronic plug-in-PCBAassembly-testing has not only posed higher requirements for the supply and turnover of materials and semi-finished products, but also has high operation complexity. Operation efficiency and process quality control have become one of the key points of on-site management and process improvement. Based on the product analysis and process improvement of rail transit electronic communication products, this paper aims to apply intelligent software and hardware to build an intelligent workbench in line with the characteristics of the product and process. The application effect of the intelligent workbench is evaluated in the aspects of production cycle, operation efficiency, key data collection and so on.
