摘 要:本文利用贵州省2008~2019年的数据建立VAR模型,通过脉冲响应函数分析宏观经济下贵州省房价的影响因素。结果表明:从长期来看货币供应量、居民可支配收入以及商品房销售面积增速对房价都具有持续的正向作用;利率和商品房年竣工面积增速对房价具有长期的负向作用。This article uses the data of Guizhou Province from 2008 to 2019 to establish a VAR model,and analyzes the influencing factors of house prices in Guizhou Province under the macro economy by using the impulse response function.The results show that in the long run,the money supply,disposable income of residents,and the growth rate of commercial housing sales have a positive effect on house prices;interest rates and the annual completion of commercial housing have a long-term negative effect on housing prices.
