摘　　要：大运河文化带是我国首条以文化建设为主体的带状区域发展战略,其关键是做好运河文化遗产的保护传承利用。应该以习近平总书记关于大运河文化带建设重要批示精神为根本遵循,从文化、生态、旅游角度统筹推进大运河文化带建设。具体可从顶层设计、规划编制、法治保障、综合治理、投资引导、发展理念、时代价值、平台建设等多方面组织实施。The Grand Canal cultural belt is the first regional development strategy with cultural construction as the main body in China.The key to building it is to protect,inherit and utilize the canal cultural heritage.We should follow the general secretary Xi Jinping's spirit of building the important instructions of the the Grand Canal cultural belt,and comprehensively promote the construction of the Grand Canal cultural belt from the perspective of culture,ecology and tourism.It can be organized and implemented from top-level design,planning,legal protection,comprehensive governance,investment guidance,development concept,era value,platform construction and other aspects.
